Further distribution to the creditors auf DF AG on 21 November 2024Cologne, 21 November 2024 – Die DF Deutsche Forfait AG (ISIN: DE000A2AA204) (DF AG) has been informed that a further distribution will be made to the creditors today, 21 November 2024, in accordance with the insolvency plan. This will be distribution VII with a rate of 0.37701% under insolvency law. This rate will be distributed both on the nominal amount of the bond and on the registered interest claims.
According to DF AG's insolvency plan, the (pro-rata) repayment of the bond will be made exclusively by distributing the proceeds generated by DF AG from the realisation of the assets attributable to the creditors (‘creditor assets’).
