Ad hoc announcement: CFO Frank Hock steps down to the second rank

Cologne, 30 September 2016, 21:00 CET/CEST – The Management Board member and Chief Financial Officer of DF Deutsche Forfait AG, Mr Frank Hock, has today resigned from his office as Management Board member with immediate effect in best agreement with the Supervisory Board.

By this, after an intensive phase of successful financial restructuring of the Company, Mr. Hocks step back to the second rank of the Company. He will continue working for the company as an employed Chief Financial Officer.

This happens against the background of a planned strategic restart of the Company, which will focus on the recommencement of new business under strictest compliance with international, in particular US- and EU-compliance and sanctions laws. The Company intends to appoint one or more new management board members shortly.
