Dr. Behrooz Abdolvand

Dr. Behrooz Abdolvand, Sociologist and Political Scientist, has been the company’s CEO since 2017. Prior to that, he was a Member of the Supervisory Board. He has also been active as a consultant in the energy sector since 2002. With his network and experience, he drives the group steadily forward.

Hans-Joachim von Wartenberg

Hans-Joachim von Wartenberg has been a member of DF Deutsche Forfait AG’s management board since 2019. He previously had links with the company through his consultancy work. With his extensive expertise in the areas of management, sales and marketing, and his work as a legal adviser, he enhances the management board with his experience, knowledge and personality.

Arnd Peterhoff

Arnd Peterhoff has been working for DF Deutsche Forfait since 2001. He was initially active in Sales and Operations before expanding his expertise as Compliance Officer. He has been leading the German Sales and Operations team since 2020 with all his experience and a broadly established network.

Khatereh Saeidi

Khatereh Saeidi has been part of the Sales team since 2019. An MBA graduate, she is the expert for trade and project financing in Eastern and Western Europe and the Middle East. Before joining the company, she worked in the aviation industry for several years, and is now an important link between our strategic partners and the company.

Adham Masata

Dr. Vahid Sharif

Dr. Vahid Sharif is Head of the Business Development area. He brings his comprehensive expertise to the areas of project and risk management and to project financing. With a doctorate in engineering, he has already worked successfully for several years on various projects, including for the World Bank and as a board member of various listed companies.

Guido Janzen

Guido Janzen act as a link between DF Deutsche Forfait AG and its shareholders. The banker can look back on more than 35 years of activity in the financial sector as a stock specialist and head of Inverstor Relations as well as project manager for service providers for listed companies.

Dr. Ludolf von Wartenberg

Dr. Ludolf von Wartenberg has been a member of the board since 2010 and Chairman of the Supervisory Board since 2020. With his many years of experience in politics and economics, he brings to the company his expertise in financing in the foreign trade business.

Prof. Dr. Wulf-W. Lapins

Prof. Dr. Wulf-W. Lapins has been a member of the Supervisory Board since 2018 and Vice-Chairman since 2020. Prior to that, he worked as a lecturer and as the director of a globally active political foundation in Germany. He is the expert in political project management in Asia and Central Asia, and has extensive political knowledge of regions in the Middle East.

Wolfgang Habermann

Wolfgang Habermann – seit 2023 Mitglied des Aufsichtsrates.
